Vedana: Mood Journal
Be Mindful of Your Moments
Free · In‑App Purchases
Vedana makes it effortless to capture how you feel, the moment you feel it.
• Snap a mood in two taps — pick a category, an emotion, and how strong it is.
• Log from anywhere — the app, an interactive Home Screen widget, or your Apple Watch.
• See your patterns — a clean dot chart for today, any month, or any year.
• Remember the where — optionally attach a place and revisit your moods on a map.
• Works with Apple Health — each mood is saved as a State of Mind, and your recent heart rate can be attached from your watch.
• Make it yours — choose from playful icon packs (System and Blobs free; more packs available).
Your data stays on your device, in your own iCloud, and in Apple Health — never with us. No accounts, no ads, no tracking.

• A mood’s detail shows its tags beside its name.
• Insights stick more closely to what you actually logged.
• Exports now include tags, the archive and the icon pack.
• Language and VoiceOver fixes throughout.
