Zane is your training log, food tracker and health journal in one app, on iPhone and Apple Watch.
TRAINING
• Build your own plan or start from a ready-made program, by weekday, in a cycle or flexibly.
• Log sets, reps and weight with rest timers, warm-ups and a plate calculator that knows your bar.
• Progression suggests your next weights; deloads and cleanup weeks bring you back.
• Freestyle sessions, supersets, drop sets and cardio with pace and distance.
• See every session, personal records and how each lift develops.
APPLE WATCH
• Start today's plan day, a freestyle session or cardio on the watch.
• See the GPS route of a run, walk or ride on a map afterwards.
• Log sets with the crown, see the rest timer and the plates, and control your music.
• Check off your meds and planned food and log water, also without the iPhone nearby.
FOOD AND HEALTH
• Track food by search, barcode, label photo or a short description, with macros and a daily target.
• Plan meals, keep recipes and see what is left for the day before you log something.
• Log water, body weight, measurements, sleep, blood pressure, glucose and more.
• Keep track of vitamins, supplements and medications on a schedule.
• Connect Apple Health to bring in weight, steps and workouts and to save your workouts there.
TOGETHER
• Add friends, compare the week in private groups, cheer on live workouts and share plans.
• Work with a coach: weekly check-ins, messages, targets and plans in one place.
• Train with a gym buddy and log both of you on one phone.
• Report or block anyone from their messages, comments or profile.
MAKE IT YOURS
• Pick your Home Screen icon and its color, and the app's accent color.
PRIVACY
• Your data stays yours, and Zane does not sell it or use it for advertising.
• AI features, such as describing a meal or a weekly summary, only run after you allow them, and you can turn them off at any time.
Zane is a training and nutrition log, not a medical device. Its health information is not medical advice.

There is a lot more built into this app that just a lift tracker. There is a fair amount of science behind the progression and periodization and ramping up and throttle back. Excited to see where the app takes me on my body building. Only scratched surface so far.

Best lifting app I’ve used. Super customizable. Track workouts, food, CNS, medications, you name it. 5 stars
Fantastic all in One app

I have used this app extensively in every aspect of its function. This single app takes the place of multiple fitness and nutrition trackers and not only combines the functions, but brings the newest tech advances to the front.Functions like daily AI feedback and auto progressive overload send this app over the top! I could write 20 paragraphs on every function but suffice it to say you Need this app!
• New: log how hard each working set was as RPE or RIR on a colored scale, right from the rep keypad. Turn it on under Settings → Training → Workout → Effort per set. Switch on Ask after every set there and the scale comes up after each set you check off. Missed one? Tap a done set and fill it in afterwards.
• At your next workout a one-time sheet shows training options many people never find: rest times by exercise size, a rest timer that opens by itself, effort per set and Paceguard. Switch on what you like, it all stays in Settings → Training.
• Give an exercise its own rest in the exercise editor, or one plan exercise under Rest below Sets & reps in the day editor. It wins over the rest its size gives.
• Cardio plan activities can run as intervals (warm-up, work and rest rounds, cool-down) or hold a heart rate zone, both under While you train. Phone cardio can pause, and your best 1 km, 5K and 10K times are tracked too.
• Set a target weight under Targets → Goal → Target weight: the Weight chart shows your pace, about when you get there and a dashed goal line.
• Milestones celebrate your 10th, 100th or 1,000th workout, your streaks and more, right when you finish. See them all under History → Stats → Milestones. History can also filter your workouts by exercise.
• The workout detail is tidier: Effort comes first, then one Heart rate row and one Insights row with your trend, comparisons and feedback recap. Save as template moved into Edit workout.
• For coaches: saved replies, messages sent later, videos in the chat, an intake form for new clients, a yes/no habit field, one plan pushed to several clients at once and a daily push about who needs your attention.
• Medications export to CSV and PDF and tell you when one runs low. A weekly recap push sums up your week (Settings → Training → Alerts → Weekly recap), and a single food can go straight onto your shopping list.
• Plus more than 150 fixes and cleanups, and Skip now asks for a slide before it skips the rest of an exercise.
• New: pair a Bluetooth chest strap or a watch that broadcasts its heart rate, such as Garmin or Polar, under Settings → Account settings → Connections → Heart rate sensor. Your pulse shows live in workouts, phone cardio and on the Lock Screen. A sensor that measures running also counts your steps and distance.
• With Ask after every set on, your Apple Watch asks the effort right after you check a set off: turn the Digital Crown, then tap FAIL or Done.
• The rest alert now rings on iPhone without push notifications: switch on Rest alert on this phone under Settings → Training → Rest timers.
• Your watch calls out each km and your pace and keeps you in your heart rate zone. Outdoor sessions show a split per km and the climb under their route map.
• The CNS sheet shows your recovery trends for sleep, HRV and resting heart rate, plus your sleep debt.
• Log water and coffee straight from the widget, and widgets switch to the new day by themselves. Zane follows your system text size.
• Videos your coach sends in the chat need this version, so update when you can.
