MeetDash puts your next meeting in the Mac menu bar and gets you into it with one click or one shortcut.
See what’s next at a glance. The menu bar shows your next meeting's title and start time. In the last 30 minutes, it counts down, and during the call it shows how much time is left.
Join from anywhere. Press ⌃⌥J in any app to join the meeting that’s up next. Or open the menu and click Join, or click the reminder that arrives before the meeting starts. MeetDash hands the link to macOS, so Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet open in their apps, and everything else opens in your browser.
WORKS WITH THE CALENDARS YOU ALREADY HAVE
MeetDash reads the calendars on your Mac: iCloud, Google, Microsoft 365 and Exchange, Outlook.com, Fastmail and any CalDAV account. If an event shows up in Calendar, MeetDash sees it too. No new sign-in, nothing to sync.
FINDS THE LINK, WHEREVER IT HIDES
Meeting links are found in the URL field, the location or the notes. MeetDash unwraps Outlook Safe Links and prefers a real meeting service over a stray link. It recognizes Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, plus any other web link in an invitation.
REMINDERS YOU CAN CLICK
Get a notification before every meeting with a Join button right on it. Choose a lead time from 0 to 60 minutes (default: 2 minutes) and add a second reminder when the meeting starts.
BUILT FOR BACK-TO-BACK DAYS
In the last ten minutes of a call, the menu bar can already show the next one, so you’re never a click behind.

MeetDash has no account, no server, no analytics, and no tracking. It reads your calendar on your Mac and never writes to it. Nothing is sent anywhere. When you join a meeting, it is your browser or your meeting app that connects, not MeetDash.
