HOW IT WORKS • Start a session on your watch or iPhone — at your desk, in a meeting, in front of a show. • When your hand rises toward your head and stays there for a few seconds, the watch plays a soft tap. • Answer in one touch: stopped, continuing, or false alarm. Every answer teaches Nudgo your own movements. • A one-minute calibration tunes Nudgo to how you wear your watch and how you move. CALM BY DESIGN • No alarms and no scores — just a quiet tap and a moment of awareness. • Choose sensitivity, how long the hand has to stay, and how strong the vibration is. • Something to do with your hands instead: breathing 4-6, a crown spring, squeezing a fist and more. Nudgo Pro unlocks sessions of any length, your whole history and month-to-month progress, patterns and contexts, passive recording between sessions, autostart with Shortcuts, all replacement actions and a PDF export for a specialist: yearly with a 7-day free trial, monthly, or a one-time lifetime purchase.
