Take your time back and spend it on what matters. Seven days free, then one purchase if Tenki helps. No subscription. No account. No data.
Tenki blocks distracting apps and websites until you decide you're done. It keeps the noise out while you give your time to what matters: studying, work, reading, family, friends, an evening that stays yours.
Free for seven days, then one purchase if Tenki helps. No subscription, no ads, no account. Nothing leaves your iPhone.
HOW IT WORKS
• Choose what distracts you: apps, categories and websites. Tenki can't see which ones.
• Start a session. With one tap, from a widget or Shortcuts, or on a schedule.
• End it your way: in the app, when a timer runs out, or by scanning a code or tag.
FOUR WAYS TO RUN A SESSION
• Until you end it: apps stay blocked until you end the session. The simplest way.
• Timer: pick a duration. Apps unblock by themselves when time is up.
• Pause by scan: the session keeps running. The only way to pause is to scan your code or tag.
• Short opens: apps stay blocked, but you can open them briefly a few times.
YOUR CODE, YOUR PLACE
Any QR code, barcode or NFC tag can start and end your sessions. A code doesn't even have to be printed. Keep your code or tag wherever works best for you: another room, another floor, at work, in the car, or with a friend or family member. Get a free Tenki code at gettenki.com/qr.
STRICT WHEN YOU NEED IT
• Strict mode: while a session runs, the App Store is blocked and no app can be deleted, Tenki included.
• Breaks: timed breaks, a daily break limit, or none at all.
• Schedules: start a profile automatically on the days and hours you choose.
• Emergency unblock: a limited way out for real emergencies.
• Profiles: "Study", "Evenings", "Weekend". Each with its own apps, websites and rules.
SEE THE HOURS ADD UP
A calendar heatmap, weekly and monthly charts, your run of intentional days and your longest session. Honest numbers, no points. Export your sessions as a CSV file whenever you like.
WORDS THAT HELD
51 quotes from Seneca, Marcus Aurelius, Epictetus, Laozi and others, each with its source, what it means and who said it. Star your favorites, and the top one waits for you on the home screen.
ALWAYS ONE TAP AWAY
A Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, widgets, a Control Center control, and Shortcuts to start and stop profiles.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Apple hands Tenki sealed tokens instead of app names, so Tenki can't see which apps you block or how you use your phone. No account, no analytics, no tracking, no servers. Everything stays on your iPhone.
QUIET BY DESIGN
No points, no pets, no trees to kill. No ads, no upsells. Tenki does one thing: it keeps the noise out, so your time stays yours.
SEVEN DAYS FREE, THEN ONCE
Tenki is free to download. Start your free week with one tap and use everything in it. It isn't a subscription, and nothing is charged automatically. After seven days you decide, once: keep Tenki with a single purchase, and it's yours. If you don't, new sessions can't be started, and a running session can always be ended. Bought Tenki before it was free to download? It stays yours.
GOOD TO KNOW
Tenki needs a device passcode. A QR code is all you need, and NFC tags are optional. You can also do without a code or tag: use the timer, or simply start and stop in the app.
Tenki speaks your language: 12 languages, from English and German to Japanese, Korean and Vietnamese. Choose yours on first launch and change it any time in Settings.
天気 tenki means weather. 転機 tenki means turning point.
You can't stop the storm around you, but you can set your sails. Make this your turning point.
