HOW IT WORKS • Lock your games — choose the apps to block with iOS Screen Time. They stay locked until you decide otherwise. • "I want to play" — when the itch hits, a short guided ritual helps you ride out the urge: name what's going on, take a 5-minute break doing something else, then check in.
