Nuchronic is made for ME/CFS, long COVID and other chronic illnesses. It's quick to use on a bad day, calm to look at, and keeps everything on your phone.
CHECK IN WITH A FEW TAPS
• Energy, symptoms, PEM or crash, sleep, pain, brain fog and dizziness, each on a simple 0 to 4 scale
• Add up to four symptoms of your own
