Jordan is a stock and sales tracker for businesses that sell products. Ring up a sale and your stock goes down on its own. See what each customer still owes on credit, when it's due and what they've paid. Count the till at the end of the day and close it. And Analysis shows you, in plain numbers, how the business is really doing. Phone shop, accessory store, boutique, stationer or corner market; working alone or with a big team, if you sell products, Jordan does the job. We built it for people who are tired of notebooks and spreadsheets. SELLING • Scan a barcode or pick the product from the list. • Take cash, card, bank transfer or a mix. Jordan works out the change. • If the customer pays only part now, put the rest on their account. • Print the sale summary on A4 or an 80 mm receipt printer. It is not a fiscal receipt. • Jordan doesn't charge cards. You record the payment you took on your own card terminal. STOCK • Record deliveries as they arrive, and correct the count when it doesn't match the shelf. • Stock goes down as you sell, so low and sold-out items show up right away. • Track phones and other devices one by one by IMEI or serial number. Which device went in which sale stays on record. CUSTOMER CREDIT • Put a whole sale, or part of it, on the customer's account with a due date. • When they pay, record the collection and the balance goes down. • Who owes what and whose payment is overdue, all in one list. • Send the customer a PDF statement of their account. ANALYSIS This is where Jordan leaves the notebook behind. As your records build up, Analysis shows you: • Net sales for today, the last 7 or 30 days, this month or any date range, and how far they went up or down against the previous period. • Gross profit and margin. Profit uses the cost at the moment of each sale, so changing a price or a cost later never rewrites the profit of past sales. • How much of your sales you have actually collected and how much is still on credit. • What the stock on your shelves is worth at cost. • A chart of sales, profit and collections by day, week or month, next to the previous period's average. • Best sellers, top earners, profit by category, and products sold below cost. • Products that haven't sold at all, and how much money is sitting in them. • Reorder suggestions based on how fast each product sells and your supplier's lead time. A suggestion, not a forecast. • Things you shouldn't miss: overdue balances, sales below cost, daily closings that don't add up. Business Pulse sums up on one card whether sales, collections, stock, daily closing and paperwork are on track. CONTROL • Start the day on Control: today's sales hour by hour, your best sellers and what needs your attention. DAILY CASH CLOSING • Count the cash in the drawer at the end of the day. Jordan shows what should be there and the difference. • See where the expected cash comes from: sales, collections, refunds and change given. • Check card and bank transfer totals against your own records. • A closed day can't be changed later and stays in your history. TEAM • Add staff as cashier, manager or stock clerk. Everyone sees and does only what their role allows. REPORTS • Export sales, stock and customer lists as CSV, and create Excel and PDF reports. THE SAME RECORDS EVERYWHERE • Work with the same records on phone, tablet and web. English and Turkish, light and dark theme. GOOD TO KNOW • You need an internet connection to save transactions. • Jordan is for keeping track of your own business. It isn't accounting software and doesn't issue invoices, e-invoices or fiscal receipts. Jordan is a stasight product.
