Know what's on site before you drive to the supply house: photos, stock, requests the foreman approves, and an expert that knows the NEC and your inventory. Jobsite Stock keeps the material of every electrical project organized — industrial, commercial and residential — so the whole crew knows what's on site and what isn't. • Inventory with photos: every material with a product photo, so everyone knows exactly what to look for. • Standard names: write it however you want ("1/2 emt set screw connector", "tubo emt media") and it's filed under one clear name, keeping what you typed as an alias. • Take and return: the crew logs what they take and what they bring back; the stock is always the sum of what really happened. • Works without signal: in basements and electrical rooms, changes are saved on the phone and sent by themselves when there's signal — never counted twice. • Scan: link the barcode on the box once, or print QR labels for shelves and containers, and find any material by scanning. • Low stock and orders: the foreman gets an alert when something runs low, and the order list (below-minimum items plus approved requests) exports to Excel or PDF. • Requests: anyone can ask for what they need; the foreman approves it, and the person is notified when it's in stock. • Deliveries: receive an order line by line and keep a photo of the packing slip. • Move material between projects, with its history. • Costs and consumption: prices from your own invoices, what each project used and who took what. • Where to buy: supply houses near the job site, with the page where they were found. • Ask the expert: sizes, specs, conduit fill, ampacity — answered with what's actually in your project's inventory, and with a photo if you can't tell what something is. Access is controlled by your company: people request access with their company email, first and last name, and an administrator approves each person and each new device.
