Deep in your work? Calyvento finds a moment for you to move, with exercises designed by a physiotherapist and short breaks for your eyes.
Breaks up your sitting. Not your focus.
Calyvento spreads micro-breaks for your body and eyes across your workday. A physiotherapist designed the exercises for the strain of desk work: neck, shoulders, lower back, wrists, legs and eyes. Each one has its own duration, repetitions and weekly schedule, and you do it along with a video filmed under a physiotherapist's guidance.
It picks the right moment
Calyvento lives in your menu bar and counts your real breaks. It waits while you're in a meeting. When it's time, waves rise gently from the edge of your screen and grow a little more noticeable until you respond. One click starts the exercise, one click snoozes it, and if you ignore it, nothing turns red.
While AI thinks, you stretch
When an AI app is in front and you've stopped typing, you're probably waiting for an answer. Calyvento shows you your next exercise so you can use that minute.
How it works
• Pick what bothers you from twelve common desk complaints, and you get exercises that fit.
• Add a health condition and any exercise it rules out is hidden.
• Spoken cues in your language keep time with the video, so you can follow along without looking.
• Today's goal sits in the menu bar: what's done and what's next.
• Eye breaks (20-20-20) and breathing exercises are always free.
• See your day: work time, breaks, the apps you used and your longest stretch without a break.
• Work areas show how your time splits across jobs and projects.
• Start a break from Shortcuts or Siri. Add Calyvento to a Focus and break invitations stay quiet while it's on.
Your activity stays on your Mac
No account and no sign-up. Your activity and your health profile never leave your Mac. Calyvento sends only anonymous usage counts and crash reports, and you can turn that off in Settings.
