Hold the Ridge is a first-person coastal defense shooter built for your phone. Landing craft hit the beach wave after wave. You hold Ridge 112 with your rifle, your squad and two air strikes a day.
SIX DAYS, SIX SKIES
Dawn with the sun in your eyes, machine-gun nests at noon, landings on both flanks at dusk, fog you cannot see through, a night lit only by flares, and the final assault in a storm. Five waves each.
YOUR SQUAD
Reinforcements arrive day by day: a rifleman, a marksman, a machine gunner and one more rifleman. Deploy each of them from a top-down map. They patrol their zone, take cover and fire back. Patch up the wounded with your first-aid kit. Every day you win, the squad earns a rank.
AIR SUPPORT
When the beach turns into a flood, open the map and mark a zone. Two jets carpet it with bombs or a gunship sweeps it with rockets, and everything inside the ring goes down.
ARMORY
Six weapons: assault rifle, battle rifle, SMG, machine gun, shotgun and sniper rifle. Earn pay for every wave, buy what the next day demands, and upgrade the barrel, magazine and optic.

The game is free and shows ads. Most of them are rewards you choose to watch: get back into the fight, double a day's pay, an extra first-aid kit, try a weapon for a day, or one more air strike. A short ad may appear between days from day 3 on.
