Welcome to Çınar Neighbourhood, Muhtar! Three houses, a Muhtar's Office and Clerk Nuri are waiting for you. The rest is up to you.
In Turkey every neighbourhood elects a Muhtar: the person you go to for everything, from a broken streetlight to an official paper. Your Town is a warm, funny neighbourhood builder where that person is you. Play one-handed in portrait; your neighbourhood keeps living while you're away.
THEIR TROUBLE IS YOUR TROUBLE
• Uncle Şükrü's streetlight is out, Ms Filiz's cat is stuck up a tree, and there's a pothole the size of a pond.
• Pay to fix it or roll up your sleeves: with "Do it yourself" you swap the bulb, fill the pothole with hot asphalt and fetch the cat with a ladder.
• Quick fix or lasting one? Every choice moves the neighbourhood's happiness.
THE MUHTAR'S WORK IS NEVER DONE
• Sign and stamp the paperwork at the office desk; every stack counts as a solved request.
• Sweep the leaves off the pavement and silence the blaring radios in the flats.
• Short, satisfying mini games: no waiting around, there's always something to do.
HAPPY STREETS GROW
• The happier the neighbourhood, the more families move in; moving vans pull up on your street.
• As the population grows, back plots open: build an apartment block or open a greengrocer or a barber.
• Corner shop, tea house, bakery, pharmacy, park, mosque… Grow your neighbourhood street by street.

• The Muhtar Election! Pick your promise, campaign, weather your rival Uncle Şükrü's attack and win at the ballot box.
