Today’s number
A normal morning: the notification says how much you’re good for today. Spend a little less and tomorrow gets more room. Go over, and the difference is spread across the days you have left. It’s just a new number to work with.
Can I buy this?
Thinking about that jacket? Put the price in first. You’ll see what’s left today and what each day looks like from tomorrow if you buy it. It only runs the numbers, so try it as often as you like.
Home screen widgets
See today’s amount without opening the app. Widgets also show what you’ve spent today and the days and budget left, with a button to log spending in one tap. Pick from two home screen sizes, or add one to your Lock Screen.
Set money aside
Some money is already spoken for: Saturday’s dinner, a friend’s wedding gift. Set it aside ahead of time so today’s number already accounts for it. When you spend it, only the difference counts.
See where you’re heading
Today and Report show what will be left on payday at your current pace. Daily spending puts each day next to its budget and counts the days you met your daily budget goal, your no-spend days and the days you went over. Spending by category shows where it went. In History, a calendar marks days within budget in blue and days over in red.
Log it in seconds
Type the amount and you’re done. There are 34 categories when you want them, and none when you don’t.
Two ways to set it up
By payday: add your pay, bills, savings goal and payday. Paid monthly, twice a month, every two weeks, weekly or every four weeks? Spend Today follows your schedule, and can move payday to Friday or Monday when it lands on a weekend.
Monthly budget: pick one amount for the month and the day it starts. $1,500 a month works out to about $50 a day.
Switch any time in Settings. Everything you’ve logged stays as it is.

Morning number, evening nudge
One notification in the morning. If nothing’s logged by evening, one gentle nudge. When payday comes around, a wrap-up card sums up the pay period.
