Sixty seconds out loud, written up and kept. For the review, the 1-1, and the role you are about to apply for. You did the work. Try remembering it in six months. Rimembo Work is a private record of what you actually did at work. Talk for a minute on your phone, or type a few lines, and it is written up and filed with the date. Months later it is still there, in your words, when you need it. A record earns its keep three or four times a year, and every one of those arrives with a date on it. THE SELF-REVIEW WRITTEN FROM MEMORY Twelve months of work, and a blank box asking for your biggest accomplishments. You list the last three weeks, because that is genuinely all you can still see. THE 1-1 WHERE NOTHING COMES TO MIND Your manager asks how it is going. The hard thing you untangled in March does not surface, so you talk about this week again, and this week was quiet. "TELL ME ABOUT A TIME YOU..." The example you reach for is the one you happen to remember, not the best one you have. The rest is still in there, just not on demand. WHAT IT DOES Record by voice or by typing. Badly is fine, because nobody else reads the raw version. Search everything you have kept, including the full write-ups. Ask questions about your own record, and see which entries it read to answer. Write up a quarter or a month, ready to paste into a self-review. Read your record against a job description, and see what you can evidence and what you cannot. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO There is no employer-facing anything. No team edition, no admin console, no dashboard, no report, no way for a company to be given a view of anyone's entries. These are not features we have chosen not to sell yet. They do not exist in the app or in the rules behind it. No advertising. No analytics inside the app. No feed, no followers, and nothing is shown to anyone else. IT IS YOURS, AND IT LEAVES WHEN YOU DO Entries are written by our server rather than by your phone, so nothing can quietly rewrite what your record says after the fact. Delete any entry whenever you like, or delete everything, from inside the app. Privacy policy: https://www.rimembo.com/rimembo-work/privacy/ Terms of use: https://www.rimembo.com/rimembo-work/terms/
