Groupino: Group Generator
Split Your Class into Groups
$3.99 · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Fair groups in seconds, big on the projector: photograph your class list, shuffle, done. With rules, memory and school year rollover. No subscription, ads or account.
Make groups while the class watches: one tap, and the names fly into their groups on the projector. Fairly mixed, following your rules, in seconds.
No more counting off and “I don’t want to be with him!”. Groupino knows your class: students who distract each other don’t end up together. Those who need support get their buddy. And whoever worked together last week gets mixed up this time.
Your class is set up in no time: take a photo of the class list or open the PDF from your school’s management system. Text recognition runs entirely on your device.
On the projector, the class sees large, colorful group cards, readable from the back row. Levels and rules stay on your iPhone or iPad.
And when the new school year comes, Groupino reminds you in good time before the first day of school. In just a few minutes, your classes move up a year, with leavers, new students and an archive for classes you hand over.
