You are a referee for either Football, Basketball or Lacrosse and you don't want to spend money for a physical battery powered referee timer. This is a referee timer built for referees by a referee. OmniRef is the answer, a purpose building officiating timer for several sports that have play clocks, advance clocks or shot clocks. OmniRef has you covered providing easy to use timer resets that avoids inadvertent timer resets. While its primarily an Apple watch app, it has a companion apple iOS application for the clock operator.
Timeouts are T-minus 15s of the end of the regulation timeout to remind the referee to whistle for 1st horn or to get teams to wrap up their team huddles.
A simple crown twist or double-tap on the timer you want has you back in the game looking at plays.
