Develop your drivers and your cars, win over sponsors, and plan a strategy to win. Once the lights go out, it's in your drivers' hands. Every call you make can lift a backmarker onto the podium, and all the way to the championship. But that is where the real challenge begins. Rivals closing in, rule changes every few years, other teams trying to poach your ace. Whether you can stay on top and build a dynasty that makes history is up to you. ■ Grow your drivers ・Seven stats grow with experience: speed, consistency, tire management, overtaking, blocking, starts, and wet-weather skill ・Five personalities and a different mood each race give every driver a style of their own ・Ranks from D to S, career stats, and a record of every team a driver has driven for ・Raise young talent from your junior academy and turn it into your ace ■ Develop your car ・Improve the engine, chassis, aerodynamics, and suspension ・Choose between steady development over several races and a risky experimental upgrade that could pay off big ・Hire a chief engineer and a pit crew to lift the whole team ・Big rule changes arrive every few years. Read the warnings and invest early ■ Set your strategy ・A qualifying time attack sets the starting grid ・Pick your starting tires and your tire changes at the pits before the race.
