Lilly has orders to fill and one apprentice: you. Match reagents, fill the order, then choose: bottle it safe, or Overbrew for triple pay and risk the whole batch.
Lilly sells potions at the quiet end of the Industrial Market. Business is good. Her patience is short. You are her new apprentice, and the order book is full.
MATCH REAGENTS, FILL ORDERS
Swap two tiles side by side to line up three or more of the same reagent. Each order asks for so many of this and so many of that, inside a move limit. Every tile you clear puts gold in the pot.
THE OVERBREW DECISION
Fill an order and the cauldron makes an offer: bottle it now and bank your gold, or stir on for five more moves at triple pay. Make a match of four or more before they run out, or the whole batch spoils. The best decision in the game is knowing when to stop.
BREW SPECIALS
Four in a row makes a distillate that clears its row or column. Five in a row makes a philter that clears every tile of one kind. Five in an L or a T makes a flask that clears the tiles around it. Swap two specials together for a bigger blast.
CLEANSE THE BLIGHT
Some orders come with blight on the board. Match beside it to weaken it, and again to clear it, before the moves run out.
THIRTY ORDERS, THEN MORE
Three chapters of hand-made orders, each one tested to be winnable. Finish them and the Endless Orders begin: sets of ten, easy to hard, every one checked as winnable before you see it.
THE DAILY ORDER
One order a day, the same pot for everyone, one try. Bottle it or ruin it, and come back tomorrow.
TOOLS FROM THE SHOP
Spend the gold you brew on a pestle to remove one tile, bellows to shuffle the board, or three extra moves. Tools cost gold you earn in play, never money.

A WORLD, NOT A THEME
Lilly's Cauldron is set in Spearfall, the world of our tabletop events. Chapters open and close with read-aloud pages, like an adventure module. A painted cauldron simmers under the board, and the music is a witch's kitchen: celesta, harp, and a music box.
