This is the part most word games cannot claim. Before a puzzle reaches you, it is checked against the full dictionary: a route exists, and that route is the shortest one possible using ordinary words. You are never asked to know an obscure word to find the best path. We verified this across 6,962,094 possible puzzles — every one solvable, none requiring a word you would not recognise.
