One shared record of rent, leases, documents and repairs for landlords and tenants, plus a Rental Passport to share when you apply for your next home. Tensu keeps one shared record of a tenancy for the landlord and the tenant: the lease, rent, deposit, documents, repairs, utilities and inspections, each with the history of who submitted what and who confirmed it. When something is agreed, it is on record. When something is questioned, both sides see the same facts. When you apply for your next home, share a temporary link to the parts you choose, together with structured references from past landlords. You decide what is shared, and you can revoke a link at any time. FOR LANDLORDS • Manage your properties, leases and tenants in one place • Invite tenants and keep every tenancy on a shared record • Confirm or dispute rent as it arrives • Track maintenance, utilities and inspections for each property • Export property reports as PDF, with Excel and CSV on Plus • Verify ownership, so the rent you confirm carries more weight ALSO • Messages between landlord and tenant, next to the records they are about • A timeline of everything that happened on a property • A calendar link for Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook • Face ID lock • English, German, Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian, Polish, Russian and Ukrainian Tensu does not collect or transfer rent. It records what was paid and what was confirmed. PLANS Tensu is free to use. Tenant Plus adds a landlord-ready application package, 5 GB of storage and spreadsheet exports. Landlord Plus adds up to 10 properties, detailed property reports and 20 GB of storage. Plus is available monthly or yearly as an auto-renewing subscription, charged to your Apple Account and managed in your App Store settings.
