Tap a habit when you do it, or let Apple Health log your workouts, walks and 7+ hour nights for you. Every bit of XP levels up your character and unlocks new armor. • Play as a boy or a girl: choose when you create your character, or switch anytime in Settings → Appearance. Friends see your choice on your card. • Runs and workouts from Apple Health: runs earn +8 XP for every 5 minutes, and other workouts +50 XP per 30 minutes. • Run 30 min and Workout 30 min: both habits now give +50 XP for 30 minutes, and they step aside on your board when Apple Health logs them for you. • Apple Health made simpler: clearer settings, short ⓘ explanations, and its settings now sit right under Appearance. The top of your Health skill shows whether Apple Health is logging your XP. • New bows wait in your Gear for you to equip them. • Fixes: tapping ⓘ next to an Apple Health switch no longer turns it off.
