Filters for bedrooms and price help, but they can't tell you if a home is the way you want it. On MatchLar you say where you want to live and describe the home in your own words, the way you'd tell a friend.

HOW IT WORKS
• Where: pick the city and neighborhoods. Buy or rent, price and bedrooms too.
• How you want it: write what you imagine or tap the ready-made suggestions (modern, vintage, lots of light, backyard, near the beach…).
• The score and the reasons: every home gets a 0–100 score showing how well it fits what you asked for, plus the reasons (“wood floors”, “30 m² backyard”, “morning sun”).
• Like it? Open the original listing on the agency's or portal's site and talk to them directly.
WE LOOK AT THE HOME, NOT JUST THE TEXT
MatchLar uses AI to read each listing's description and look at its photos, so it understands style, finishes, light, space, outdoor area and condition. Different ways of saying the same thing reach the same homes, and what you don't want is left out.
FAROL SEARCHES FOR YOU
Farol is the assistant that keeps searching 24/7 and alerts you when a new home that fits what you asked for shows up.

• Visita (free): 3 searches a day, results from every site, favorites.
• Farol: unlimited searches and 1 Farol searching 24/7, with phone alerts.
• Farol Pro: up to 5 Farols, instant alerts, price history and the same home compared across sites.
PASS OR MONTHLY
• Pass (Farol 30 or 90 days, Farol Pro 90 days): one-time purchase, no auto-renewal. It lasts for the days you chose, then your account goes back to Visita.
• Monthly: renews automatically every month and can be cancelled anytime in your store account settings, at least 24 hours before renewal.
Payment is charged when you confirm the purchase.
MatchLar doesn't sell homes or broker deals: we find them, explain why they fit you and send you to the original listing.
