Mini-Boss: Street Food Stall
Desi street food, chai & more
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Samosay, chai, bun kebab and lassi! Beat load-shedding, haggle with customers and grow your thela into a restaurant.
Run a real Pakistani street-food stall from a wooden thela in a narrow gali to a busy food-court restaurant.
DESI MENU, COOKED YOUR WAY
Fry samosas in the karahi, brew doodh patti in the patila, crisp paratha rolls on the tawa, grill bun kebabs, and blend mango lassi and falooda. Every dish has its own cooking stages; leave the chulha food too long and it burns!
LOAD-SHEDDING!
Bijli chali gayi? Your blenders stop until the power comes back. Keep the chulha going, juggle orders, and buy a UPS to stay ahead.
BHAO-TAAO
"Bhai, thora kam karo?" Some customers bargain. Give them the discount for a happy customer and a bigger tip or say no and free the seat for the next one.
CRICKET MATCH DAYS
Every few days the whole mohalla is out for the match: bigger crowds, and everyone wants chai and samosay.
YOUR CREW
Hire Chotu and Ustad Ji. They cook and serve alongside you, clear burnt food and rescue dishes before they burn. Train them to work faster.
GROW YOUR STALL
• Thela → Khokha → Kiosk → Restaurant
• Extra stoves and blenders, faster tools, a UPS and neon signs
• Plants, lanterns, string lights and a dining set
• Move from the Gali to the Bazaar, Food Street and the Mall Food Court
FROM MORNING TO NIGHT
Each day runs 9 AM to 9 PM: lunch rush, dinner rush, the sun sets and the street lights up.
FAIR, FRIENDLY ADS
