Roku fix: the remote now works when Control by mobile apps is set to Limited on the Roku. Before, keys failed after a long wait and Loungemote asked you to change that setting.

Keys work more reliably on LG, Roku, Sony and Xiaomi. • LG, Roku and Xiaomi: the first key you press after a pause is no longer lost. • Sony: keys now work on some Bravia models that didn't respond before. • If your TV doesn't accept a key, you'll see a short message and stay connected.

Finds more TVs • TV search now finds Google TV, Android TV, Fire TV, Vizio, Philips and Apple TV. • On first launch, the search starts once you allow Local Network access, so your TVs show up right away. • Adding a TV by IP address now works in regions that use a comma as the decimal separator. • Adding by IP is faster and recognizes more TVs. If yours isn't detected, choose its type and try again. • Network Check now lists the TVs it finds, so you can add one right there. Steadier connections • When a TV can't be reached, you find out in seconds instead of waiting. • Samsung, LG and Hisense: the app notices when the TV turns off or drops off Wi-Fi, and reconnects on its own. • Samsung and LG no longer ask you to Allow twice. • Typed a wrong pairing code? Just enter the new code your TV shows. • Closing the pairing window no longer leaves the app stuck on "Connecting". • Roku: if the TV's "Control by mobile apps" setting blocks the app, Loungemote now tells you. • Hisense: fewer unexpected requests to pair again. Fixes • Fixed a crash when a Shortcut or Siri command went to a Vizio, Philips, Fire TV or Xiaomi TV that didn't respond. • Fixed a crash in Demo TV when opening some apps. • Purchases that need approval (Ask to Buy) are handled more reliably.

Apple TV support, steadier connections and fixes for specific TVs. • New: Apple TV HD and Apple TV 4K. Remote keys, volume, power, typing, apps and Mute, plus what's playing with its artwork, play/pause, skip and seek. Pair once with the code shown on the TV. • If the connection to your TV drops, Loungemote reconnects on its own instead of stopping with an error. • Samsung: when the TV asks to allow your iPhone again, Loungemote tells you to accept it on the TV. • Play/Pause works on the first press on Samsung, LG, Sony and Hisense. • Google TV: Mute now turns off the TV sound. • LG: correct mute status on 2022 and newer models, and more reliable input switching and touchpad. • Samsung: built-in apps open from Apps. • Sony: no more requests to pair again while the screen is off. • Roku: the Guide and Settings keys, which Roku doesn't support, are hidden. • Clearer icons for Input and in Settings.
