When you try to open an app you picked, the miteru character shows up.
"Not now" or "Just 10 min". You just make that one choice yourself.
Not about cutting screen hours. About breaking the habit of opening.
WHAT IT DOES
- Pick the apps to guard
Built on Apple's Screen Time framework, the character appears whenever you try to open an app you picked.
- "Not now" or "Just 10 min"
Choose "Just 10 min" and the character comes back after 10 minutes.
- The character's attitude changes
Late at night, or on days you keep trying to open apps, the character acts a little differently.
- Records
Look back on how many times you stopped, how many times you watched 10 min, and your stop rate, by day or by week (Monday to Sunday). You can also go back to last week.
- Friend groups
In groups of up to 5, share only "stopped X of Y times" with each other. You can send reactions too.
- When to guard
Choose "Anytime" or "Nights only (23:00 to 6:00)".
- Notifications
Get notified when a friend joins your group or when reactions arrive.
PRIVACY
- Which apps you picked, your usage time, and when you opened apps never leave your device.
- Groups only see your display name and your daily counts.
- No login required. No ads, no tracking.
