Feedback from your widget and feedback page lands here already grouped: similar reports become one cluster, so ten people describing the same crash show up as one item instead of ten. WHAT NEEDS ACTION, FIRST Your inbox opens on Action needed whenever something urgent is waiting. New clusters sit in their own tab, handled ones in Done. Counts per project tell you at a glance where to look. EVERY MESSAGE IN CONTEXT Open a cluster to read each message with its source and context: platform, app version and where it came from. TRIAGE IN ONE SWIPE Swipe a cluster to mark it done. Changed your mind? Undo right away, or reopen it later. NOTIFICATIONS THAT RESPECT YOUR ATTENTION Choose what reaches your lock screen: only clusters that need action, every new cluster, or nothing. One notification per cluster until it's handled. Your choice applies to your whole account, on every device. A Luno account is required. Accounts are created and managed at getluno.app.
