Learn to read Arabic, then Fusha (the written language) and the Emirati dialect, with lessons in English or in French. You trace your first letter within the first minute. 14 days of full access, no card needed, and nothing is charged at the end.
If you can't read Arabic yet
The Zero path teaches you to read. You trace each letter with your finger, hear it, then read your first word. Twelve short lessons follow, set in real places in Muscat, Oman, then a transition lesson into A1. In the letter notebook, "Trace again" lets you redo a letter whenever you like.
Fusha, the written language
80 lessons of Fusha, graded A1 to B2, from greetings to press texts. A placement test of 24 questions takes 4 to 5 minutes and opens the lessons at your level straight away.
The Emirati dialect
On top of Fusha, a Khaleeji path of 17 lessons. The first lesson is open to everyone, and the path unlocks once you can read the alphabet. You greet a man or a woman the Emirati way, learn everyday words, the polite set phrases of the majlis and how to haggle at the souk. A dialect guide puts Fusha, Khaleeji and Levantine side by side.
Conversations where your choice matters
Every reply has a tone: warm, direct or curt. Your host reacts to the one you pick, and the conversation takes a different turn depending on what you say. You see straight away what your choice changes.
A journey across a map
Your course is a map to cross, with illustrated scenes inspired by real places, such as the fort in Muscat or the pyramids of Cairo. Each lesson you finish moves you one step along.
A city for your vocabulary
Vocabulary is a city to explore: 7 quarters and 33 places, with 2,292 words in 83 topics, matched to pictures.
Exercises that get you writing and speaking
Dictation on the built-in Arabic keyboard, gap-fill with free typing, sentence building, listening and speaking aloud. If the microphone can't make out what you say after two attempts, the exercise moves on. In reviews you write the word in Arabic from its meaning.
Voices
Every word and sentence is spoken aloud by synthetic voices that sound natural and have been checked by native speakers. Sentences can be replayed slowly.
Remembering without cramming
Spaced repetition brings each word back when you're about to forget it, and your mistakes go into a notebook that empties as you correct them. There is a daily goal, a streak freeze, end-of-level bosses, and an avatar whose hairstyle you choose.
Write to us
Got a question or an idea? "Write to us" is in the Profile. Your message reaches a real person, who replies if you leave your address.
14 days of full access, then A1 stays open
The 14 days start when you finish your first lesson, or seven days after you install if you haven't finished any. Everything is open during that time, no card needed, and nothing is charged at the end. After that, the Zero path, the 23 lessons of A1, the first Khaleeji lesson, the placement test, your reviews and your progress stay open. The rest, including A2 to B2 and the rest of the Khaleeji path, opens with a yearly or monthly plan, or a one-off lifetime purchase.
