Hoursmith

Business

$9.99 · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Track client work, customize your billing rates, and keep your iPhone and desktop in sync. Turn your time into revenue with Hoursmith. Your work deserves to be recorded. Hoursmith helps you track the time you spend with clients and organize it into clear billing records. Choose a client and activity, start the timer, and save your work when you finish. Pause and resume when needed, or flag an entry for later review. Forgot to start the timer? Add completed work manually. Make Hoursmith fit your business: • Create clients and contacts with useful notes. • Customize your business name, activities, work types and hourly rates. • Choose billable, included or free activities. • Review and edit completed time entries. • Filter reports by client and date, then export CSV for a spreadsheet. • Export a JSON backup of your records. Work from your phone or your computer. Sign in with the same Apple account in the app and the desktop browser companion to synchronize account records automatically while connected. Use Open on Desktop to share the companion link to your computer, then bookmark it for easy access. Hoursmith also supports local use without signing in. Local-only records and signed-in account records are separate. Work recorded offline remains on that device until it syncs. Closing the app does not stop a running timer; use Stop & Save when the work is finished. Built-in help explains everyday tasks, desktop setup, billing choices and backups. Hoursmith organizes recorded time and calculated amounts; reports export as CSV.
