ViloTV is a media player for Apple TV that plays your own content: IPTV channel lists, your NAS on the local network, your own Emby / Jellyfin server, and video URLs. The app does not provide any audio or video content. Available in English and Simplified Chinese.
IPTV
· M3U and TXT channel lists, browse channels by group with logos
· Press up/down on the remote to switch channels while watching
· HLS channels use the system player; ts, rtmp, rtsp and more use the built-in engine
NAS and WebDAV
· Discovers SMB servers on your network automatically, or enter an address
· WebDAV over http or https
· A folder is a show: resume, next episode and auto-play
· Playback progress shown for every video
Emby and Jellyfin
· Connect to your own Emby or Jellyfin server and browse movies and shows by library
· Continue Watching, Next Up and Recently Added on the home page; shows by season
· Movie and show pages with artwork, cast and crew, ratings, picture quality and file details
· Plays the original files directly and syncs watch progress with your server, so you can pick up on any device
· Jellyfin Quick Connect: sign in by entering the code shown on the TV in Jellyfin on your phone
Video URLs
· Enter a video URL to play it: mp4, m3u8, mkv, rtmp, rtsp and more
· Recently played list to pick up where you left off
Formats
· mp4 / mov / m3u8 use the system player
· mkv, webm, avi, ts, rmvb and more use the built-in engine with H.264 / HEVC / VP9 / AV1, multiple audio tracks and subtitles
Privacy
· No sign-up, no ads, no data collection
· Passwords are kept only in this Apple TV's Keychain
· Type addresses or passwords on your phone by scanning a QR code
