Paperwork is your library for German letters, receipts, cards and certificates. Photograph a document, check the suggestions and file it – finding it again takes one word. FILE IT • Photograph it, pick it from Photos or import PDFs and whole folders from the Files app. • Or share it straight in: tap Share in Photos, Mail or Files and choose Paperwork. • Suggested, not typed: Paperwork recognizes the type, sender, date and amount and suggests a file name. • Every detail shows where it is in the document. Anything missing, you add with suggestions from the document. • Cards with front and back, expiry at a glance: health insurance card, driver’s license, ID. • Certificates: sick notes with their dates, confirmations, reports. FIND IT AGAIN • Search knows every detail and the text on every page: senders, amounts, numbers, names. • Filter by type, category and year, sorted the way you like. • Categories from Home to Taxes, plus a “Business” tag. MADE FOR GERMAN DOCUMENTS Recognition reads German documents, while the app speaks English. Letters from the Finanzamt, your Krankenkasse or your landlord end up where you can find them. WITH APPLE INTELLIGENCE With Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro or later), Paperwork recognizes even more on its own. That happens on your device too. DATES Where a due date is detected, Paperwork reminds you: payment deadlines, objection deadlines, expiring cards. You can add dates yourself, too. NO SERVER, NO ACCOUNT Paperwork processes everything on your device. There’s no server of ours, no account and no data collection. Through your own iCloud, the app syncs your library between your devices – we have no access there either. ON YOUR MAC TOO Every document is a PDF with text and a clear name in your iCloud Drive, sorted by category and year. On your Mac, you open it in Finder. For taxes, you export a whole year at once.
