See it at a glance, then share it as a card. fitrospect turns the workouts, steps, active energy, and sleep in Apple Health into a retrospective for any day, week, month, or year, compared with the period before. RETROSPECTIVES - Workouts: count, total time, distance, and active energy, broken down by type such as running, cycling, and strength training, with every workout listed - Daily activity: average steps and active energy per day - Sleep: average time asleep and nights recorded, counting only time asleep - Every number shows how much it went up or down; a period in progress is compared with the same point in the previous one - When Apple Watch and another app record the same workout, it counts once, and you can exclude any source in Settings SHARE CARDS Turn a period into a card for friends or social media. Hide anything you’d rather keep to yourself, such as sleep. EXPORT FOR AI Turn a period into text an AI can read: notes, retrospective results, and daily data are kept separate, and you can add a ready-made question. Review the full text, copy it, and paste it into your AI assistant to ask how your training went. The app itself has no AI and never sends your data anywhere. PRIVACY - No account, no internet connection, no ads or analytics - Health data is read and calculated only on your iPhone and never changed - Exports and share cards leave the app only when you share them, after you see what’s in them Works with Apple Health.
