Oilnote: Car Maintenance Log

Service, fuel and reminders

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Snap a garage receipt and the entry fills itself. Get reminded when service is due. Bring your history over from the app you are leaving. One price, no subscription. Keep every service, fill-up and charge in a log you own. Scan a garage receipt and Oilnote fills in the date, cost and work done, read right on your iPhone. It reminds you when a service is due, by date or by miles, and imports the CSV from the app you are leaving. Your records stay on your iPhone and in your own iCloud, with no account and nothing sent to us. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Scan a garage invoice or fuel receipt and the entry fills itself, for you to check. It is read on your iPhone; the photo is never uploaded - Get a reminder when a service is due, by date or by distance - Home Screen widgets show what is due next and what your vehicles cost this month; Siri, Control Center and the Lock Screen open a new fill-up - Import from Fuelly or any app that exports a CSV. Oilnote shows every row before it saves anything, lets you pick which column is which, and flags dates reset to 1900 or 0001 so you can keep or skip those rows - See fuel economy, with missed and partial fill-ups handled - Log EV and plug-in hybrid charges in kWh, with cost per mile - Track hours instead of miles for mowers, generators and boats - Add up to 5 receipt photos to an entry: take one, scan a document or pick from your library - Make a printable service history PDF when you sell a vehicle - Export any vehicle to CSV, with its photos in a zip, whenever you like - A weekly backup copy goes to iCloud Drive or Files FREE AND PAID Logging is free, always: as many services, fill-ups and charges as you like for one vehicle, with fuel economy, the history PDF, backups and export included. Try 3 receipt scans and 1 service reminder for free. A one-time in-app purchase adds unlimited scans and reminders, more vehicles and CSV import. It is paid once. There is no subscription. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No sign-up, no analytics, no ads, no tracking. Receipt scanning runs on your iPhone too. Records sync through your private iCloud database, which we cannot read. Everything works offline.
