Move a gem through open squares, line up 5, and reach the stage target before the board fills. S Gem Lines uses a 9 by 9 board and 6 gem colors. Tap a gem, then an empty square it can reach by stepping up, down, left, or right through open squares. 5 or more of the same color in a row, a column, or a diagonal leave the board. Each gem that leaves adds 10 to the score. A move that clears nothing drops the 3 gems shown beside Next. Skip replaces that waiting set 1 time on the stage. Undo puts the last move back. There are 12 stages. Stage 1 starts with 9 gems and asks for 50. Stage 12 starts with 30 gems and asks for 640. Reach the target and the result reads Stage clear, including when the board fills on that same move. Fill every square before the target and the result reads Board full. A cleared stage unlocks the next one, and that stage keeps its best score.
