Timed full-length exams for PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, CSM and more, with every answer explained and a readiness score that shows how close you are.
CareerFocusArea is exam prep for project management certifications, built around how the real exams work.
Choose your exam and the app follows it: its own domains, question formats, timing and study plan. Switch exams whenever you like.
PMP®, CAPM®, PMI-ACP®, PMI-RMP®, PMI-PMOCP™, PgMP®, PfMP®, PMI-PBA®, PRINCE2® Foundation, PRINCE2® Practitioner and CSM®.
OVER 7,000 EXAM-STYLE QUESTIONS
Original scenario questions written for each exam's current content outline, with every option explained: why the right answer is right and why each other choice is not.
FULL-LENGTH EXAMS
• Timed exams in each certification's format, with optional breaks where the real exam has them
• Flag questions, review before you submit, and pick up where you left off on any device
• Results by domain against a 75% practice target, with a full review of every answer
PRACTICE YOUR WAY
• Quick start: a domain quiz or a weak-area drill in one tap
• Or set it up yourself: domains, knowledge areas, difficulty, length and mode
• Practice mode lets you check each answer as you go; exam mode keeps the clock running
• Mistakes, bookmarks and notes, kept for each exam
KNOW WHERE YOU STAND
• Score trend and accuracy by domain, with the topic to practice next
• A day-by-day study plan built around your exam date (Premium and Ultra)
• A readiness score out of 100 (Ultra): an estimate from your practice results, not a guarantee
LIVE TRAINING COURSES
Join an instructor-led cohort, PMP Training, AI Development or 2D/3D Animation, with live classes, weekly quizzes, a cohort space and a certificate when you finish.
FOR TEAMS
Managers can buy seats for a team, invite candidates by email and follow their progress.
PLANS
Start with a free sample quiz. Plans are one-time purchases for one certification: Basic (30 days), Premium (45 days) or Ultra (60 days). Nothing renews automatically. Your progress syncs with the CareerFocusArea web app, so you can study on your phone and your computer.
