StuffNow is a thoughtfully designed household inventory app for iPhone and Mac, built to help you keep track of what you own without turning the job into a second job.
One purchase covers both iPhone and Mac, with iCloud synchronisation available to keep your inventory connected across your devices. Record the things that matter, organise them your way, and find them again quickly when you need to. Only the item name is required. Add as much or as little information as makes sense for each possession.

StuffNow is available natively on both iPhone and Mac. With iCloud enabled, your inventory synchronises automatically through Apple's private CloudKit service.
Each application also works independently. Continue adding, editing and organising items without an internet connection, and changes can synchronise when connectivity returns. No additional account or synchronisation service to manage.
SCAN INFORMATION, SAVE TIME
StuffNow takes advantage of your iPhone's camera to make entering information easier. Recognise text, barcodes and QR codes, then review the results before adding information to your inventory. Capture useful details from packaging, labels, receipts and other supported sources. You're always in control of what gets saved. Recognised information never silently overwrites existing inventory details.
EASY TO ADD, EASY TO FIND
Getting started takes seconds. Give an item a name, save it, and you're done. Add more details whenever you like. Search your inventory, organise possessions by location or category, and use flexible filters to find exactly what you're looking for. Select multiple items to update locations or categories together, or remove items you no longer own.
USEFUL REPORTS
Turn your inventory into clear, printable PDF reports. Choose between Simple and Cards layouts, select the information you want included, customise titles and subtitles, and organise your results with flexible sorting. View helpful inventory summaries and save your favourite report configurations for next time. Whether you're reviewing household contents, preparing information for insurance, or simply trying to remember where something went, StuffNow puts your information to work.
YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
Your inventory is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud, it can also synchronise privately through your Apple account. There is no developer-operated account, no advertising and no tracking. StuffNow doesn't require you to store photographs of your possessions, receipts or personal documents.
Export your inventory to CSV whenever you like. Create backups for safekeeping and restore them if needed. Built-in Restore and Reset options include clear confirmations and safeguards to help you stay in control of your information.
DESIGNED FOR IPHONE AND MAC
StuffNow offers a purpose-built iPhone interface, with convenient access to your inventory, search, reports and essential actions.
On Mac, familiar controls and keyboard navigation make maintaining a larger inventory quick and comfortable.
Both applications support Light and Dark appearances, with layouts tailored to their respective devices.
