FOR CUSTOMERS • Browse stores and their products, with photos, prices and availability. • Find stores near you (if you allow location access). • Choose delivery or in-store pickup, depending on what the store offers. • Add to cart and pay securely: payments are processed by Stripe, and RaphiMarket never stores your card numbers. • Track your orders and get notified at every step. • Find your invoices, save your favourite products and leave reviews. FOR MERCHANTS • Create your online store for free and add your products with photos. • Manage your inventory: stock, product codes, locations and promotions. • Get an alert as soon as a new order comes in. • Follow your sales on a clear dashboard. • Use a smart assistant that analyzes your sales and suggests concrete actions. • Receive your payouts directly in your bank account, through Stripe. • Invite team members to run the store with you. New in version 1.1.0 and how to see each feature (use the demo account above): 1. RaphiMarket Gestion (business tools for the merchant's staff) Sign in → tap "Compte" (Account) → "Espace vendeur" (Seller space) → "RaphiMarket Gestion". Gestion access is already enabled for this demo store (Username : raphaelbeni231@gmail.com / password : Rrrrrr33). You will see: Comptoir (in-store counter sale with barcode scan), Ventes du comptoir (sales and receipts), Importer des ventes (import sales from another register), À commander / Bons de commande / Fournisseurs (purchasing), Horaires / Congés (staff schedules and time off), Pointage (time clock). 2. Several stores per merchant In the Seller space, tap "Ouvrir une autre boutique" to see how a merchant can create and switch between stores. Each team member only sees what they are allowed to do in each store. 3. Live support chat Seller space → "Contacter le support" (also in Account). Messages are answered by the RaphiMarket team. 4. Guest browsing Sign out: stores and products can be browsed without an account. An account is only required to place an order. 5. Sign-in improvements Show/hide password, password confirmation at sign-up, and iOS password autofill.
