One shared ledger for the whole household. Your entries stay on your iPhone and in your own iCloud. The developer runs no server. Family Ledger is a local-first shared ledger for your household. Entries stay on your iPhone by default. If you turn on iCloud sync, your data goes into your own private Apple iCloud database — the developer has no server and never receives your entries. Main features QUICK ENTRY Expense, income, transfer and refund are kept apart. Amounts are stored as whole cents, and statistics never round, so the numbers you see are exactly the amounts you recorded. Transfers count on neither side of the ledger, and a refund offsets an expense instead of being counted as income. FAMILY SHARING Invite household members into the same ledger. Everyone records their own entries and they sync live. You can review spending across the household, and leave or dissolve the family at any time. Members can only edit their own entries — this is enforced in the app itself, not by hiding buttons. STATISTICS Review income and spending by day and by month, see how each category adds up, and break spending down by member. The totals always reconcile: every category sums to the same total you see in the summary. IMPORT STATEMENTS Supports WeChat and Alipay statements, plus generic CSV / XLSX exports, with GBK-encoded files detected automatically. Import takes two steps: you review a preview first, then confirm. Unreadable rows are skipped and listed separately, and every import batch can be undone with one tap. EXPORT Export your entries whenever you want, in a format you control. FACE ID LOCK Unlock the ledger with Face ID so others cannot look through your household finances. PRIVACY BY DESIGN • No server: entries are never uploaded to a developer server • No account system: no sign-up, no phone number • No third-party SDKs: no ads, no analytics SDKs, no tracking • Family sharing runs on Apple's CloudKit, inside your own iCloud You can use the app without iCloud too: it runs in local mode with entry, statistics, import and export fully available — just without cross-device sync or sharing.
