Popmask: Face Paint Studio

Draw, stick & try it on

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Make a face your own with expressive brushes, 25 color palettes and playful stickers. Revisit your sketches or bring them to life in the live mirror. A little paint. A lot of you. Popmask turns your iPhone or iPad into a playful face-painting studio. Draw on an illustrated face, add a few stickers, then try your design on in the live mirror. YOUR OWN PAINT BOX Paint, marker, crayon and pencil give every idea a different feel. Choose from 25 color palettes, adjust brush thickness, zoom in for small details, and undo or redo as you go. Draw with a finger or Apple Pencil on iPad. STICKERS THAT YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN Place a star, heart, daisy or another First Doodles sticker. Drag it, pinch to resize, twist to rotate, or tap it later to edit again. Eight starter stickers are included, with ten extra themed collections available as optional one-time purchases. A SKETCHBOOK TO COME BACK TO Choose from six illustrated face guides. Your paintings save automatically on your device, ready to reopen, edit, duplicate or delete. Pick a default face in Settings and give your Home Screen a matching painted app icon. Light and dark appearances follow your system setting. TRY IT ON, THEN SHARE IT On compatible devices, your painting follows your face in the live mirror. Record clips of up to 60 seconds, with optional microphone audio, then save to Photos or share. Exported videos include a Popmask watermark and a short closing card. THE STUDIO IS FREE All brushes, palettes, face guides, saving, editing, live face tracking and video export are free. Only optional permanent sticker packs are paid. No subscriptions. No ads. No account required. YOUR FACE STAYS YOURS Camera frames and face geometry are processed on your device. Popmask does not identify you, store face geometry or send camera images to a server. Artwork stays in your local sketchbook. You decide when to save or share a recording. Apple and RevenueCat handle optional purchases and restoration. Requires iOS or iPadOS 18 or later. The live mirror requires an ARKit face-tracking-compatible device and camera permission. The painting studio works without face tracking. Microphone permission is optional for sound; Photos permission is requested when saving a video. Ratings & Reviews

  • This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.

This update helps us understand where painting, saving, the live mirror and video sharing need improvements. App analytics use limited action and reliability information; your paintings, camera images, face geometry and recordings stay on your device unless you choose to export a video. Every painting tool, face guide, saved creation and video export remains free. Optional sticker packs are still permanent purchases.
