Prepare for the EJU with 10 rounds of original mock exams in Japanese, science, Japan and the World, and math. Results show every miss with all choices and explanations. This app is an unofficial study aid created independently by rumahsaku for the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU). It is not affiliated with, approved by, or endorsed by the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO). All questions are original and are not past exam questions. Always check the official JASSO website for the latest exam information. Scores in this app are study estimates and do not predict actual EJU scores or admission results. Each round: Japanese as a Foreign Language (writing: choose 1 of 2 topics; 25 reading, 12 listening-reading and 15 listening questions), Science (physics 19, chemistry 20, biology 18), Japan and the World (38) and Mathematics Course 1 and Course 2 (6 questions each). No account needed. Works offline. ■ Quick quiz Choose 1, 3, 5, 10 or 20 questions (5 by default). Multiple-choice questions without audio are checked as soon as you tap, with the explanation. The estimated time is shown. ■ Practice Study by round or by field, or try 10 random questions. Resume unfinished sets. Check answers in two steps (choose, then check) or with one tap. ■ Mock exams Real exam timing: Japanese (writing 30 min, reading 40 min, then listening-reading and listening), Science (two subjects) 80 min, Japan and the World 80 min, Mathematics 80 min. - Listening audio plays only once. Mark each option as correct or not correct. - Math answers go into answer boxes (A, B, ...) with a keypad for "−" and 0–9. - The clock keeps running while you are away, or choose pausable timing. - The answer sheet shows unanswered and flagged questions. ■ Results that show every mistake Every wrong or unanswered question is listed, fully expanded: - All choices, marked "Your answer" and "Correct answer" - Explanations, switchable between Japanese and English - Math: every answer box of each sub-question, yours and the correct one - Listening: audio replay, the script and a judgement table - Reference score: an estimate based on your percentage, not a prediction of your real EJU score ■ Review and bookmarks Missed questions go to your review list automatically. Answer one correctly twice in a row on different days and it is marked "Mastered" (adjustable in Settings). Bookmark questions to practice them together. ■ Essay practice and self-assessment Write 400–500 character essays with a character counter and a manuscript-paper preview. Record a level (S to D) with a four-point self-check and track your progress in your essay record. Essays are not graded automatically. ■ Stats Study streak, study time, accuracy by field, coverage, your reference-score trend and 10 weak questions to practice. ■ Reminders Study reminders on the days and time you choose, and a countdown to your exam date. These are local notifications; permission is asked only when you turn them on. ■ Six interface languages; Japanese and English content UI: Japanese, English, Simplified/Traditional Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese. Study language is set separately: Science, Japan and the World and Mathematics questions, and Japanese-subject explanations, in Japanese or English. ■ iPhone and iPad Use iPad in portrait or landscape; on wide screens, passages and questions appear side by side. Dark mode, adjustable text size and VoiceOver (including math) are supported. ■ Purchase and privacy Round 1 of every subject works without a purchase. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks rounds 2–10; no subscription. Purchases and restoration need internet. No account, ads or tracking; records stay on your device (Export/Import to move them).
