Kickoff: ADHD Focus Timer

Start tiny. Block distractions

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.

Kickoff is for the hardest part: Starting. One tap and you're in a focus session. No projects, no setup, no backlog. If naming the thing helps, name it. If not, just start. A timer you can feel Twist the glowing ring like a real kitchen timer to set your minutes. Time stays visible as a shrinking shape everywhere: on your phone, the lock screen, the Dynamic Island, your home screen widget, StandBy, and your wrist. The last seconds can tick out loud, in a voice you pick. Just 2 minutes The smallest possible start, and you can make it 1, 3, 5, or 10. When the tiny timer ends, Kickoff asks if you want to keep going. Stopping counts too. Interruptions are normal "I got pulled away" holds your place with a note to future you. When you come back, the note is waiting: pick up where you left off, call it done, or let it go. No judgment either way. The end is kind When time is up, nothing resets and nothing scolds. Add a little more, or call it done. Take a five minute rest and go again with one tap. Starts, not streaks Your history counts the times you showed up: a day report, your best hours, and a grid you can share. Nothing resets. Nothing guilts you. What's free and what's paid Everything you need to focus is free, forever: unlimited sessions of any length, the tiny start, pause, notes when you step away, rest, widgets, the Live Activity, the full Apple Watch app, and your current week of history. A single one time purchase unlocks the rest: shielding your chosen apps while the timer runs, your complete history with the showed up grid, every dial face, theme, sound pack and tick voice, and private iCloud sync. Pay once and keep it forever. No subscription, no recurring charges, nothing expires. Privacy, plainly Your data stays on your device and in your private iCloud. No accounts, no ads, no tracking, no analytics. Built for ADHD brains. Kind to every brain.
