YOUR LIMITS AT A GLANCE
The menu bar shows how much of the 5-hour session is used, the time until it resets and the weekly limit. Open the panel for both bars, a live countdown to each reset and the exact reset times. When the session is used up, the menu bar shows the time it comes back.
SOUNDS THAT RISE WITH YOUR USAGE
Choose where sounds start and how far apart they are: start at 50% and every 10%, and you hear a sound at 50, 60, 70, 80 and 90%, then one at the limit. Each step is a level stronger than the last, and no two in a row are the same. There are separate settings for the weekly limit, a sound when a window resets, and one a few minutes before a used-up window comes back.
SOUND PROFILES
Normal: soft chimes that grow more serious. Basic: macOS's own sounds, more beeps as you go. Anime: sparkles, stings and voice lines that get sillier. Custom: your own sound files, one per level. You can also import profile files to add more, and export your own to share.
QUIET WHEN IT SHOULD BE
Mute everything with the round button, a keyboard shortcut or Shortcuts. Set quiet hours, and Usagette stays silent while the screen is locked.
HOW IT WORKS
Choose the .claude folder once, and Usagette sets up a small status-line script for Claude Code that passes your limits on. If you already have a status line, it keeps working as before. The numbers update while you use Claude Code; in between, the countdown carries on. Limits are reported for Pro and Max plans. Try a demo first: a made-up session rises to its limit with your sounds.

No network access, no account, no tracking. Nothing leaves your Mac.
