Then you can ask questions about everything you have recorded. Press Record right away. Sign in with Apple, Google or an email address to get your notes. The AI notes need an internet connection. Parley Notes uses generative AI to write summaries and answers. AI can make mistakes, so check what matters. RECORD ON YOUR IPHONE Record in the room, in a class, or a note to self, and keep recording with the screen locked. Tell people you are recording and check they are OK with it. TRANSCRIBE ON YOUR IPHONE Download the transcription model once and pick On this phone under Transcribe in Settings. From then on, your iPhone turns speech into text by itself and your audio stays on the phone. Parley Notes sends only the text to write the notes. Speaker separation runs on the phone too. Record four short voice samples and Parley Notes can tell your voice from the others. Your voice samples never leave the phone. Without the model, Parley Notes turns speech into text in the cloud over an encrypted connection and does not keep the audio. NOTES THAT FIT THE MEETING A stand-up is not a sales call. Parley Notes picks a summary style that fits the conversation, or you pick one: meeting minutes, executive brief, stand-up, one to one, interview, client briefing, sales call and more. Parley Notes writes each one up and keeps them in collections. A brief shows what your sources agree on and where they disagree. Then ask questions across all of them. You can literally make a note out of every document. STAY ORGANISED - Folders by client or project. A folder can set the note type for everything you file in it. - Search every line of every transcript. - Send action items to your task list on the Home page. - Your iPhone calendar on Home: record a meeting from its row and the note starts with its name and guests. - Private transcripts: an optional setting that locks your transcripts with a key only your devices hold. On this iPhone, the Keychain protects the key. - One account in the web app, on your Mac and on this iPhone. Your notes sync between them. - Journal: talk about your day and read it back later. - The app comes in 12 languages, including English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and Portuguese. PLANS The free plan gives you 200 minutes of AI notes a month, and a recording can last up to 30 minutes. Plus and Unlimited are monthly subscriptions you can buy in the app. They add more minutes, longer recordings, more summary styles and more. A subscription renews every month until you cancel it, which you can do at any time in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. One plan works on every device you sign in to.
