Calculate your next bread or pizza dough batch with Dough Batch. Choose total dough weight or a portion count and weight per portion. See the ingredients to add to your mixing bowl. YOUR FORMULA Enter water, salt, dry yeast and oil as baker's percentages of total flour. For sourdough, set starter amount and starter hydration too. Flour and water already in your starter are subtracted from the amounts to add. Expand the breakdown to see total flour and water, including their starter contributions. WEIGH AND CONTINUE Check off ingredients as you weigh them. Your current batch and checkmarks remain when you close the app. Changing quantities or the formula starts a fresh checklist. SAVE YOUR RECIPES Save, edit and duplicate your own formulas. Share calculated ingredient quantities as plain text through the system share sheet. One purchase. Offline on iPhone and iPad.
