O An Quan is the classic Vietnamese mancala game, played for generations on village courtyards and brick yards. Now you can play it on iPhone and iPad, with authentic rules, beautiful boards and AI opponents for every level.
TWO WAYS TO PLAY
• Play the AI: 6 levels named after the old imperial exam titles, from Bachelor to First Laureate. Beginners and experts both find a fair match.
• Two players: play together on one device.
AUTHENTIC, CLEAR RULES
• 10 small squares and 2 mandarin squares, 5 stones in each small square.
• Sow, keep sowing, capture, chain captures: every step is explained on screen.
• The game ends when both mandarin squares are empty, mandarin and stones alike.
• Pick your local variant: a mandarin worth 10 or 5 stones, the "young mandarin" rule on or off, and what happens when your side runs out of stones.
• No hidden rules: the rules of the current game are always one tap away.
