A fresh grid every day: five scrambled words, one per row. Swap letters to solve them in as few moves as you can, keep your streak going, and share your stars.
Anagrid is a daily word puzzle for iPhone. Each day brings a new grid of five scrambled words, one per row.
Tap two letters in a row to swap them, or drag one sideways, and the row locks the moment it spells a word. Any real word counts, so if you find EARTH instead of HEART, you still get it.
EVERY SWAP COUNTS
Each puzzle has a par: the fewest swaps that can solve it. Match par with no hints for three stars, finish within five swaps of par for two, and finish any way you like for one. Stuck? A hint puts one correct letter in place, at a cost of 15 seconds and two extra swaps.
A NEW PUZZLE EVERY DAY
• A new puzzle at midnight, the same for everyone on that date
• Words grow through the week: 4 letters Monday and Tuesday, 5 letters Wednesday to Friday, 6 letters at the weekend
• Streaks, stars, best and average times
• A spoiler-free result card to share with friends
