You can now get started without filling in the welcome questionnaire: on the welcome screen, “Train now” takes you straight into the app with a full-body plan that starts today. If you later calculate your macros, a single “Your details” sheet asks for your weight, height and age. If you start that way, we'll remind you where to complete your profile so your progress can be tracked. On Apple Watch, the main screen has a new look: clearer cards for training, nutrition and supplements, under the new FierFit Gym title. Plus small tweaks.

Your plan's name now sits under “Training” and, when you tap it, you pick from your plans on cards that show their routines. The button to start a routine is easier to see and answers with a small vibration when you press it. Plus small tweaks.

Workouts refreshed: the button to start a routine is now the center of three rings showing your progress in minutes, calories and weight lifted. In supersets, the group’s exercises alternate set by set, and every set is saved to your history as soon as you finish it, even if you stop early with “End workout”. Sets with sub-sets (Cluster, Dropset, Rest-pause and Myo-reps) are counted correctly, and adding a set copies the previous one. Sheets and fields gain depth, and titles no longer break into two lines. Plus several stability fixes.

The AI now writes foods, plans and notes in the app’s language (before, they came out in Spanish even when the app was in another language). When you add a food by hand, the boxes start empty instead of with a typed “0”. When you move from one exercise to the next during a workout, the tab bar no longer stays hidden. And texts with a single unit read correctly: “1 workout”, “1 exercise”, “1-day streak”.

Important notices (an extra AI use earned by watching an ad, purchases, AI errors, account errors or import errors) now appear in a window with an “OK” button instead of vanishing after a few seconds. When creating a routine, the “Add” button no longer covers the set types. And viewing an exercise in a routine no longer lets you change its numbers by accident: they can only be edited when you edit or train.

“Review meal” is much clearer: the total calories and the protein, carbs and fat totals stay on top, and each food is a row with its name, amount and macros with icon and color. The AI meal plan shows the macros of every meal and day against your target. While the AI works, there is a new waiting animation. If you reach the AI limit and watch an ad to get one more use, the app picks up where you left off. The barcode scanner and voice dictation are also more reliable, and colors read better in the light theme.

We fixed the food search by name, which had stopped returning results. Now you find products even if you don't type their exact name (for example “asturiana milk”), with the brand shown and the closest matches first.

When the AI builds a workout plan or a meal menu, you now see it in full before saving it (exercises with their illustrations, meals and calories for each day) and choose whether to accept it. The exercise you swap and the plans or meals you import appear in a window with all the details. Text now follows your iPhone's text size across the whole app, and the screen adapts to the foldable iPhone. Buttons, cards and the tab bar gain depth and volume, on the Apple Watch too. Also, watching an ad to earn an extra AI use now always grants it, and restoring your backup brings back exactly what you saved.

Workout tab redesigned: routines now show the muscles you train, and today's card shows your progress (sets done out of planned). You can now reorder a routine's exercises by pressing and holding them and dragging. You can also delete a Body entry and, when signing in, choose whether to restore your backup or start fresh. Plus stability and security improvements.

New Apple Watch app: train, dictate your meals and mark your supplements from your wrist, with watch face complications.
