Boss Owes Me turns your overtime into one number you'll never unsee: of every hour you work, how many minutes go unpaid. Your nominal hourly rate and your real hourly rate sit side by side — you'll see exactly how much overtime has diluted your pay.
■ Tracks itself
· Set your office location once: sessions start when you arrive and stop when you leave (native geofencing, battery friendly)
· Several sessions a day, including the one you do after the kids are in bed
· Siri Shortcuts: say "start overtime" and it's recorded, no need to open the app
· Lock Screen widget: live session and today's unpaid amount at a glance
■ Honest math
· Real hourly rate = pay ÷ (standard hours + actual overtime), and every number opens to show its working
· Workdays count only the part after your end time; rest days and holidays count in full; legal multipliers are yours to set
· Overlapping sessions are merged, never double counted
■ Keep proof
· Check in with a photo, your location, or both — photos get a time and place watermark and stay on your phone
