Pelejo: Andean Guardians
Calm the spirits of Peru
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Three animal friends, ten guardian spirits of Peru and one journey through jungle, mountains and coast. Don't defeat them: listen to them, and calm them.
Long ago, people and the guardians of Peru lived in ayni: you care for me, I care for you. But people forgot, the Earth began to hurt, and the guardians fell into a great silence.
Now three unlikely heroes set out to bring them back:
• Pelejo, the most easygoing sloth in the Amazon, who glides from the treetops.
• Wayra, a fearless llama from the Andes, with her wool double jump.
• Sipán, a Peruvian hairless dog from the coast, guardian of a thousand-year-old story.
A PLATFORMER WITH A HEART
Run, jump, swing on vines, explore caves underground and climb up to the treetops. Colorful worlds inspired by the jungle, the Andes and the desert coast of Peru.
TEN GUARDIANS FROM REAL PERUVIAN LEGENDS
The Yacumama, the Chullachaqui, the Ayaymama, the Tunche, the Amaru, the Muki, the Ukuku, Huacachina, Naylamp and Mama Cocha. Each one is hurt by something real: polluted rivers, melting glaciers, a sea full of plastic. You don't defeat them: you calm them, and each one gives you a gift.
