Stream is a native WBS and Gantt chart editor. Import a project schedule from Excel and edit task hierarchies and dates together in one workspace.
WBS and Gantt charts
- Add, indent, outdent and reorder tasks
- Move and resize Gantt bars to change dates
- Day, week and month views, with milestones
- Predecessor dependencies and date alignment

Spreadsheet workflows

- Temporary row flags, highlighting and filters
- Save native Stream documents (.stream)
Spreadsheets are imported as schedules and exported using Stream’s layout. Stream does not preserve every original format or chart. See the guide for format-specific limitations.
Apple Intelligence
Use Writing Tools in task notes on supported devices. Note summaries run with Apple’s on-device model. Apple Intelligence must be enabled and the model ready. Review generated text before using it.
No account is required. There are no ads or analytics SDKs. Save documents on your device or to a location you choose in Files.
On iPhone and iPad
Move Gantt bars with touch. On iPhone in portrait, switch between the table and the Gantt chart with one tap; in landscape and on iPad they appear side by side. Open documents from Files, and on iPad edit with an external keyboard.
Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
- Stream now runs on iPhone and iPhone Duo. On iPhone in portrait, switch between the table and the Gantt chart with one tap. Row actions sit at the bottom of the screen, and the inspector opens at half height.
- Open Excel, OpenDocument and Numbers files directly, edit them and save in place.
- Moving a row up or down no longer skips the position right below its parent.
- Tapping text while editing a cell moves the cursor there without ending the edit.
- Fixed single-file Numbers documents that could not be opened.
