Kkomkkomi is for small cleaning companies that clean offices and shops on a regular schedule.
On each visit, take before and after photos of each zone and turn them into a report for your client.
Set up clients and zones once
• Add each office or shop you clean as a client.
• Split a site into zones, such as a lobby or a restroom. The next visit starts with the same zones.
Take before and after photos on each visit
• Pick the visit date, then take a before photo and an after photo of each zone.
• Add a note to any zone.
• See the photos from the last visit before you take new ones.
Send the report as a link or a PDF
• Preview the cleaning report with your company name at the top, and share it as a PDF.
• Share it as a link, and your client can open the report without installing an app or signing in. A link below the report opens the client's earlier shared reports.
• If the connection drops while a report is uploading, the upload starts again when the connection is back.
Good to know
• Anyone who has the link can open the reports of that client. Send it only to the people who receive the reports.
• Take care that photos don't show faces, monitors, or documents.
